Not Just Anyone Can Be a SmartVestor Pro!
To join the SmartVestor program, pros must:
- Have a customer-first mentality. They’ll treat you like a teammate, not a transaction.
- Know our values. They understand Dave Ramsey’s 7 Baby Steps and agree to our Code of Conduct.
- Be experienced. They have at least two years of full-time experience as a registered investing professional.
- Be coachable. They participate in ongoing coaching with us to help them maintain our high standards of customer service.
